Our small plates take you on a vibrant journey rooted in Spanish and Mediterranean foundations with bold Afro-fusion elements, including plantain bravas, truffled grit croquettes and Za'atar-spiced grilled red snapper. At Mawita, every dish is an invitation to explore, connect, and savor the moments.
Named after the nickname "Mawita" founder and executive chef Mawa McQueen was lovingly called by some of her culinary co-workers, Mawita is the latest dining concept from the James Beard semifinalist and Michelin recognized chef.
